I joined Burnzone, a gym on my doctor’s recommendation because I was suffering from severe knee pain and needed a safe, guided strength‑training program. I’m really grateful to have Appaji as my trainer—he has been extremely patient, caring, and attentive to my condition. Appaji first took the time to understand my knee pain and then designed a customized weight‑training routine that is gentle on my joints while still helping me build strength and stability. He focuses a lot on proper form, slow and controlled movements, and low‑impact exercises, and he always adjusts the intensity if I feel any discomfort. Under his guidance, I’ve noticed there is a major relief in my knee pain now, and my knees are healing well. Trainers here are much joyful and enthusiastic , they are very much help full to the beginners who are starting their fitness journey.
